Yes, all SANUS electronics come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for urgent tech needs. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and cables included to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your products compatible with both iOS and Android?
