Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SANUS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
